These Terms & Conditions are subject to change from time to time, so, please, read them carefully before purchasing of products from grandperfume.co.uk. You agree to be legally bound by these terms by accessing grandperfume.co.uk website. The Terms & Conditions are covered by Irish Legislation. InKoR Ltd is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss related to business, business profit or goodwill that may result from use of grandperfume.co.uk website. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Ordering
If you are interested in a Product listed on our website, you may purchase it by clicking on the item. Then you will fill in an ordering form with an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order details and submit the order by clicking “Make payment” button. After submitting an order, you will receive an email from us with your order number and summary. An order is accepted and a contract between you and us is formed only at the moment then you received from us email about Dispatch Confirmation.
We may be unable to process your order if there is a problem with authorization of the payment on your credit card or if the product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued.
Product description and images
We permanently verify the product descriptions for consistency and accuracy. The images, attached to the products, aim is to illustrate the products and aid you with your choice. Some changes may occur in shape, color, packing and design, for example because of varying computer monitors.
Price & Payment
All prices shown on our website are per one product unit and include all promotions, special offers and VAT, but exclude delivery costs. Once you have selected a delivery service from the available options delivery cost will be added to the total amount.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed by us.
An order cannot be completed until it is paid in full. You can make the payment by completing the relevant details on the "Payment Details" page. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards.
By using a credit or debit card for making payment for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours and all credit or debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We will not accept your order if the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery in this case. Your card issuer or bank can additionally charge you for processing of your credit or debit card payment.
Delivery
We deliver only to EU countries. We offer two types of delivery: standard delivery or registered delivery, which is specified by you at the moment of placing your order.
All ordered Products within one order you will receive in one delivery directly to the delivery address specified in your order and delivery must be signed for at the delivery address. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses and we are not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of Products ordered.
Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 working days to EU main cities and towns and costs £3.50 on all orders less than £50.
For all orders over £50 we are delighted to offer you a free Standard delivery to any EU country.
Registered delivery usually takes 3-7 working days and includes Premium secure delivery service, track & trace and inclusive insurance up to £130. Registered delivery cost is £8.00 on orders less than £50 and £5.00 on order over £50.
Risk & Ownership
The responsibility for the Products pass to you at the delivery moment and after this moment we will not accept any liability for their damage, loss or destruction, except in relation to damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
You may cancel your order at any stage until you have received from us an email about your order dispatching.
If a Product you received is damaged, faulty or incorrect, you may return the Product(s) to us, except message cards, gift wrapping and gift certificates. We may offer an exchange, replacement or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. In this case, please, contact us via email to info@grandperfume.co.uk, including information about your order number, your Name, email address, the product code(s) of the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Then you should send the Products to us securely packaged, unused, sealed and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original Product packaging in 5 working days from the day then the Products received.
We are unable to process your refund, exchange or replacement until we receive the Product back safely.

After you cancelled your order or returned the Products, any sum debited by us to your credit or debit card will be refunded for the cancelled or returned Product(s). You will be informed about your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will use the same method for money refund, which was used by you to pay for your order. If a product was purchased as a gift, we will make refund only to credit or debit card of the person who paid for the order. Usually we will process the refund as soon as possible, but not longer than 30 days of receiving the ordered Products back from you.
Our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds does not affect your statutory legal rights.
Gift Wrapping
A beautifully wrapped perfume is the gorgeous gift and, for sure, it will make a special impression to your friend or loved one. Grandperfume.co.uk is proud to offer you a range of gift wrapping ideas as a part of our service. You can choose a gift wrap or gift bag, add your personal message to the gift simply by clicking the "add to cart" button. The cost of gift wrapping is per item, so please select the number of items you would like wrapped before proceeding. The cost of gift wrapping will be added to the cost of your order.
Gift Certificates
A perfume is a great gift idea for any occasion, but if you are not sure in your choice, a gift certificate could become a perfect present to everyone. A gift certificate amount should not be higher than £200.00 and less than £20.00. Just fill in simple gift certificate purchasing online form and add it to your cart. You can add a personal message and receive it to your email or postal mail or send it directly to the presentee.
